Overfunk started to spread their music in april, 2005 under the strong influence of James Brown's funky roots and with an eye open towards 70s dance music and the new house music trend. Stefania (singer) frees in her interpretations all the magic of her fiery black soul, being supported from the choir of all the band. The rythmical engine of the band is fuelled by powerful Jimmy's drums and by the funky groove of Lauro's bass guitar: thanks to these two guys all the intuitions of the band can take the form of an emotional synergy. Musical tracery works are completed by the sunlit sound of Giovanni's guitar. Last but not least, master of keyboards Daniele with his colorful wall of sounds can raise to heaven the explosive mix of Overfunk. Overfunk are constantly engaged in improving the quality of their music and entertainment, and at present they are continuously invited to play in well-known cafès and discobar throughout Friuli-Venezia Giulia. www.overfunk.com
