Nata a Trenton (New Jersey) negli Stati Uniti, Kimberly é figlia di una cantante Gospel e di un Ministro della Chiesa. Inizia a cantare nel coro della Chiesa a 5 anni,con la madre, a 12 entra attivamente nel coro, si diploma al Conservatorio di Trenton e all’Università del New Jersey. Debutta come cantante professionista a Filadelfia con il Gruppo musicale "A Different Class" con il quale farà una tournée di 8 anni negli Usa, in Asia e alle Hawaii. Sono gli anni dei concerti con Chaka Khan, Billy Paul, Gloria Gaynor. Arriva a Parigi, ed inizia una tournée di concerti in Europa. Pubblica diversi album House e Soul. Viene premiata all’Eliseo, dal Ministro della Cultura, per il suo impegno professionale. È protagonista di molti galà. Al Carlton di Cannes al Dorcester di Londra e alla Gouvernor’s House dove canta con Gloria Gaynor. Dirige un coro Gospel di bambini nell’Abbazia di Notre Dame. Il suo repertorio è "Groove-Soul", arricchito da interpretazioni Gospel e Jazz. In Italia presenta il suo show al Blue Note di Milano ed in diversi teatri, come l'Auditorium e il Nazionale di Milano. Recentemente si è esibita in concerto in Piazza Duomo a Milano con Dolcenera, Alberto Fortis, presentato da Maria Teresa Ruta. Ha partecipato come ospite del Brotherhood Gospel Choir al Milano Gospel Festival edizioni 2005 e 2006 ed al Novara Gospel Festival 2005. È in uscita a Settembre il suo nuovo album "IT'S YOUR LOVE" e l'ultimo singolo, in classifica in Italia e in UK è stato inserito nella compilation del "Campionato del Mondo". Born in Trenton, New Jersey to a gospel-singing mother and a minister father, Kimberly started her career at the age of 5 in her church choir. She made her professional debut in Philadelphia with “A Different Class” at the age 8, which led to touring the U.S., the Caribbean, and Asia, performing with such greats as Chaka Khan, Billy Paul and her godmother, Gloria Gaynor. She lived in Paris for many years before making her home in Milan. She continues to tour all over Italy and Europe performing with her band and in concert with other musical groups. In Italy, she is a regular performer at the Blue Note in Milan, at Rio Bò in Gallipoli, and at in Bari. She has also performed at the Carlton in Cannes, the Dorcester in London and at the Governour’s House in London together with Gloria Gaynor.
