KLANGSTOF

KLANGSTOF

The Dutch-born, Norway-raised Van De Wardt is a craftsman when constructing the chilling sound that comprises his stunning debut album, ‘Close Eyes to Exit’. In short time, creating music became an almost manic pursuit for the fledging musician. He’d lock himself in his parent’s basement, master one instrument after the next, tinker on his laptop for hours at a time, searching for the perfect sound.

MOLÉCULE (LIVE)

Paris-based artist Molécule ventured out to Greenland for his latest release ‘-22.7°C’, named after the lowest temperature recorded during his trip to the confines of the Arctic Circle. Out of this voluntary exile emerged a taut and contemplative album. At once concrete and cosmic, Molécule’s techno was transcended by this voyage to the end of the earth, in a kind of mise en abyme of the quest for self-knowledge.
