Les Colettes are Anne Gouverneur: violin, bass,vocals, Delphine Ciampi: guitar, bass, backing vocals, and Diane Sorel: lead vocals and percussions; they met while they were touring with french singer Claire Diterzi. Their music is full of cinematographical references and images (R Mitchum, D Lynch), this project being a melting pot of their rock influences, such as Bjork, Radiohead, Nina Simone, Bob Dylan, and of their different cultures (France, Ireland, Japan and Australia) Les Colettes have spent a year working on recording, as they toured France (including opening for Shannon Wright's gigs) and England (Brighton). They have also worked on the music of french short-cut film "l'invention des jours heureux"...(Prix du Public au festival des femmes de Creteil 2011, and selected for the Busan festival in Corea).
